About The Nickels Budget
Groceries are one of the few big bills you can change this week. We write practical, judgment-free guides to feeding a household well for less.
What we do
We publish grocery budget guides, a unit price calculator, a sample budget meal plan, a pantry staples list, the Grocery Savings checklist and a free printable Weekly Meal Planner. We send The Nickel Plate to people who sign up for it, and we're preparing Nickel Meal Plans, a paid weekly meal planning service.
What we don't do
- We don't sell groceries or take money from stores, brands or delivery services.
- We don't give medical nutrition advice.
- We never sell or share your email address.
